Grappa Aromatizzata alla Genziana

This characteristic Grappa della Valsugana is obtained from the natural infusion of gentian roots for 6 months in Borgo Vecchio Trentino grappa distilled in a bain-marie. Its bitter and characteristic taste is excellent used as a digestive after meals.
