Grappa di Amarone Barrique Rovere
A grappa aged in barriques according to the soleras method. This grappa in particular is the result of more than forty years of experience “imported” by the Cavalin family, award-winning internationally and nationally, it is an important balanced grappa with the ability to express typical aromas of Amarone and the non-invasive taste of the wood which leaves a inimitable long-lasting aftertaste.
Amarone grappa is distilled using only and exclusively pomace from the processing of Amarone della Valpolicella wine according to a discontinuous artisanal distillation method.
The organoleptic characteristics that derive from the Amarone pomace are accentuated by aging in oak barrels, creating a unique grappa.
