Careful selection of Piedmontese Barolo pomace, distilled in our bain-marie distillery on copper boilers and discontinuous method. Certified aging in French oak barriques for 36 months.
Barolo grappa aged in oak barrels is produced using Barolo pomace which is composed exclusively of the Nebbiolo grape. Aging in oak barrels gives the grappa characteristic notes, which mix in a unique way with the aromas of Barolo, creating a one-of-a-kind conversational spirit.
