Grappa Morbida

Grappa Morbida is the result of an accurate blend of several varieties of local pomace, subjected to a slow artisan distillation with a bain-marie discontinuous method, according to the Trentino tradition. In this way an elegant, soft grappa is obtained, with the right balance between aromatic and ripe fruit notes.
