Grappa Secca

Grappa Secca is the result of an accurate blend of several varieties of local pomace, subjected to a slow artisan distillation with a bain-marie discontinuous method, according to the tradition of Trentino. A decisive, elegant Grappa is obtained, with the right balance between fruity and spicy herbaceous notes.
